For Dialysis Centres & Healthcare Providers
We are seeking support from dialysis centres across the country to help share this opportunity with eligible patients. If you are a healthcare provider, we invite you to:
- Inform your patients about this special tour
- Assist them with the application form
- Review and approve their medical eligibility
Our foundation’s Medical Director will further evaluate all applications, and only suitable candidates will be referred to the dialysis centre at the destination for final confirmation.
